The best used car buying experience EVER
I'm very much what you'd call a cautious buyer - I operate under the assumption that everyone is a rip-off merchant, out to steal my money and make me question my sanity. So, I was very pleased to meet Paz at Junction 13, who is perhaps the most honest and patient car salesman I've *ever* come across.
From the word go, nothing was too much trouble. I requested to view the vehicle less than 24 hours after it had arrived. It was still at the detailers. No worries, the car was finished in time and presented that afternoon. I couldn't 100% agree to buying it for a good few days. Not a problem, Paz kept me updated about the MOT and service has was having done on it and sent me answers to anything I'd asked, despite me not having parted with a penny of cash for the car. He even happily did some extra work I'd requested (at his own expense), AND put off other interested parties while I pulled myself together...
The result was a car buying experience that for the first time ever in my life didn't leave me wracked with uncertainty and panic. I've now got a lovely, reliable car, a good long warranty at trade prices, and Paz's contact squirreled away for future car buying.
I couldn't recommend Junction 13 highly enough!

Fantastic car, even better service.
What a delightful service. I found a great value Audi TT advertised with JCT13. I was initially sceptical. I called and spoke to Paz and he was absolutely fantastic. He gave me a thorough background to the car. I arranged to go see the car and all I can say is Paz was very accommodating with timings. Everything I was told stacked up with the documents provided and I really liked the non pushy sales nature of Paz. He arranged to carry out the MOT and the car was picked up a few days later. I was very impressed and I can honestly say it was a super experience, from the very first call to collecting the car. I will definitely recommend them to friends/ family. Thank you Paz and Jct13.

Paz was tasked with finding me a pickup and boy did he and his lads deliver. They found me a mint truck, I couldn’t have asked for more.
I went and took the truck for a test drive, I asked Paz about finance packages. He put some ideas together and presented them within a few hours to me. Once we sorted out payment my preferred payment plan, it was all go. The truck was off for a full valet and have the warranty put on it.
The process was very quick, easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this company to others.
Also, Paz seemed as excited and happy as I was, when he was showing me the features the vehicle had.
